Ideal candidate
The qualities desired in a successful candidate include:

• Committed and responsible
• Leadership potential
• Ability to get along with others
• Enthusiastic about contributing, listening and learning
• Open to new ideas
• Intelligence/inquisitiveness
• Strong communication skills

Students selected for the program will have demonstrated initiative, maturity, sense of responsibility, academic curiosity, ability to work in a group, involvement in the community and leadership skills.  Please review the Apply section for more information about the program.
